For genuinely urgent cases — site is down, active malware redirect, or a search engine warning is present — we treat it as a high priority and will evaluate on the same day including over weekends. For non-emergency issues, diagnosis typically begins within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving the site and hosting access we need to get started.
